NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE
We are now preparing for our AGM in August and, in accordance with the Club's constitution, nominations for committee members should be submitted to the Secretary by the close of the July General Meeting. Any financial member of the Club is eligible to be nominated.
New blood is always essential in an organization such as ours, so please consider nominating to share in the operation and management of the Club, as a committee member in the new financial year
Lawyer James Kelly gave a valuable talk at June Meeting
James Kelly from Owen Hodge Lawyers gave an entertaining and informative presentation on some of the

Club Member receives prestigious award
It is with great pride that we congratulate Marilyn Richardson, a long time member of our club who was presented with this year's Banks-electorate "Volunteer of the Year Award". David Coleman MP and Hon Julie Bishop MP were on hand to make this prestigious presentation.
Marilyn is involved in every aspect of our club from committee down to the go-to person when things go wrong. Well done Marilyn, you truely deserved this important award.
